(Heating is not allowed in Seoul subway?)

Heating is not allowed in Seoul subway?
I used to live in a different area and have a baby.
I came back to Seoul after taking care of myself.
Now I live in Seoul, but I have never gone far to see a baby in my house, and I did not go near the subway station in winter because I think the subway is dangerous because of the coronavirus.
Of course, my husband takes the subway for an hour to and from work every day. It's about two hours round trip.
It is February in Seoul, but it is below zero every day.
I felt that it was too cold even though I was just at home. And one day, I went out to go to a convenience store and came in. The house was so warm and I was wearing glasses and my glasses were steaming.
The difference in temperature between inside and outside is that much.
When the air conditioner was lowered to the lowest temperature in summer, the temperature of the house was as if the air conditioner was turned on, no matter how cold it was in summer. But the temperature outside was below zero, so the house felt relatively warmer. If your house is a refrigerator, then it's like a freezer
So I said it was too cold outside, and my husband said that he goes back and forth for two hours every day in the subway, shivering on the subway.
I was puzzled. In summer, you can get air-conditioned by subway, but won't you heat it up in winter? it occurred to me that ...
So I searched a lot on the internet, but there was a lot about cooling in the summer subway, but not much about heating in the winter subway.I was so curious that I went into a room called Kakao Talk Subway Station and asked a question.
The conclusion is that it does heat up on the train, but sometimes it doesn't work because of heavy passenger traffic.
Even in the winter, complaints are filed that the air conditioner is required.
Even though I took the subway during rush hour, I wondered if I should do air conditioning because it is too hot in the subway which is crowded even in the minus weather.
Then why is he cold?
Questions arise again...
Other interesting stories have been posted.
There was also a driver in the room. What would you do if questions were hot and cold during the interview? The question was also asked.
The answer is hot and cold, and it is said that it decides more of the civil complaints.
Also, because of the new Korona in the subway, I always wear a mask in the subway and go around with nervousness.
I tell my husband to go to work wearing glasses instead of goggles because saliva can get infected with the eyes.
The more confirmed, the more anxious I was, the more I felt I had to take the subway to get to work or school.
I hope the new Korona virus will disappear soon and the day will come when everyone uses public transportation safely.
